IMPORTANT NOTICE

For those who has been serving their ITP at private practices for the past 4 weeks, all of you are due to report back at Singapore Poly at 830am sharp on the 10th March.

You are required to bring along:

• Your coat

• covered shoes

• formal wear

• neat hair

• All your equipment ( Ret, ophthalmoscope, PD rule, cross cyl, pen torch, pencil case, budgie stick, etc)

Please ensure all equipments are charged or with new batteries.
